What is The Breast Care Center at CMC?

Catholic Medical Center‘s Breast Care Center in Bedford, NH offers an integrated approach to breast care health. The staff at CMC’s Breast Care Center strives to offer a compassionate environment that provides hope and healing to their patients. Each day they provide women and men with comprehensive care and prevention for benign and malignant breast disease.

Project Goals: Why they came to DSD Media

CMC’s Breast Care Center was looking to create an educational video series that would help their breast cancer patients understand the care process and prepare them and their families for what to expect.  We created a comprehensive and compassionate series that would comfort, educate, and prepare their patients.  In addition to this educational series, we also developed a promotional video that showcased the BCC facility, staff, and services. 

What DSD Media Created

The Breast Care Series is a 6-part educational video series that breaks down each phase of the breast care process utilizing: footage of the facility, interviews with their clinical staff, and descriptions of each process.  These videos are provided to patients as an additional resource to guide them through their medical journey and to provide education and comfort for them and their families.

Who is NH iPhone Repair?

We had the pleasure of working with NH iPhone Repair, a mobile device repair shop that provides quality repairs to your smartphone at a fair price. The best part? They do it all while you wait! Whether your iPad has a crack, your phone went for a swim, or your Samsung device isn’t holding a charge, they will get it working in no time. They have locations in Bedford, Salem, Epping, and Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

Project Goals: Why they came to DSD Media

Chad was eager to team up with us to create entertaining video ads for television and social media.  They wanted to spread the word about their services and help people make the simple decision to bring their phone in for a repair.  DSD aimed to create video content that reflected their personality and brand, as well as communicate their products and services in a fun way.

What DSD Media Created

      1. “What’s NH iPhone Repair?” Video – An overview of who NH iPhone Repair is, what services they offer, who needs their service, and how to use their service.  We featured the shop to help set the right expectations for their service but did so in a fun and humorous way that really speaks to the audience and their personality as a brand.
      2. “The Best for your Bestie” Video – We filmed in downtown Portsmouth to promote their new location, and used this video to comment on how you only want the best for your iPhone because your cell phone is like your best friend.
      3. “New Screen in 15” TV Ad – This television ad was run through Comcast, and with only 30 seconds, we wanted to pull people in right away with a quick, fun, and informative ad that showed their personality and spoke directly to their audience.
      4. Shortened Social Media Video Ads – We utilized some of the footage we had from previous video production shoots and created shortened ads for social media and YouTube.

Who is SenesTech, Inc?

SenesTech, Inc is a biotechnology company based in Flagstaff, Arizona.  They have developed an innovative product designed to bring rat populations down through fertility control. They focus on developing effective solutions that are grounded in science and proven through research.

Project Goals: Why they came to DSD Media

Being a start-up company, SenesTech, Inc was looking to further develop its brand image with a more customer-centric message and approach.  Their marketing department teamed up with us to develop their brand and to create content for their marquee product, ContraPest.  We were brought on as their remote marketing department to help expedite the creation of marketing materials and content assets, as well as their corporate website.  Since then, we’ve developed a monthly content creation partnership that allows us to strategize, plan, produce, and deploy media content to aid in their company goals.  We’ve worked with their marketing department to develop a quarterly newsletter, monthly blogs, end-user resources, as well as video content and custom stock photography to use in their advertising.  Recently, we helped develop and launch their own eCommerce platform and a Residential campaign that involved email campaigns, a micro-site, and online store set up, products, and advertisements.  We are thrilled to be a monthly content creation partner with the SenesTech team to help them create quality content that reflects their brand image and values.

Boomer Nashua (NHCarAudio) is a mobile electronics store and service provider.  Their team of dedicated and skilled automobile craftsman installers is located in Merrimack, NH and they strive to provide the very best mobile electronics experience in the area. They offer basic or custom installs for a variety of vehicles including, cars, trucks, boats, RVs, and motorcycles.

Project Goals: Why they came to DSD Media

Boomer Nashua approached DSD Media because they wanted to create high-quality video content that would really showcase the breadth of their mobile electronics services and the incredible quality of their craftsmanship. Their brand new facility was a great first impression of their brand and services, and our goal was to show the Boomer Nashua experience through video.  We created a targeted video for each of its main services.  We wanted to translate their dedication to quality, craft, and customer experience.

What is The Special Care Nursery & Mom’s Place at CMC?

The Special Care Nursery & Mom’s Place at Catholic Medical Center is a state-of-the-art neonatal facility. It is designed to meet the district needs of our babies and their families. This family-centered birthing center is the first of it’s kind in the region.  With a unique focus on expert quality care provided in a family-centered model, they facilitate bonding and attachment between parents and their newborns. They also encourage early prenatal involvement and help to boost parental confidence as they take their new baby home.

Project Goals: Why they came to DSD Media

CMC’s Special Care Nursery wanted to showcase what makes their facility so special.  In a partnership with Digital Federal Credit Union (DCU) and their DCU for Kids charitable efforts, CMC worked with the DSD Media team to create a video to showcase at their annual charitable gala. The video featured the incredible services and programs offered at CMC’s Mom’s Place, Special Care Nursery, and Pregnancy Care Center. We also created a customer-facing video that could be used for awareness and promotion. This showcased the unique programs and services modeled at CMC’s Mom’s Place and Special Care Nursery to encourage potential patients to choose Catholic Medical Center as their birth center.

Wellevate by Emerson Ecologics is an online platform that allows integrative practitioners to recommend and order supplements for their patients.  In addition to supplement orders, Wellevate allows practitioners to manage their office tasks, supplement dosages and distribution, enhance patient compliance, and more.  Emerson Ecologics launched this platform to provide more value to their audience.

Project Goals: Why they came to DSD Media

Emerson Ecologics brought DSD Media on to consult and help with their Wellevate platform launch.  Our goal was to create media campaigns surrounding the launch of the Wellevate platform. We also created follow up campaigns to gain users and enhance practitioners’ online experience.  We created a series of educational videos designed to teach practitioners and their patients how to use Wellevate for their business.  To further aid their launch campaign, we developed call scripts and an email campaign to get customer feedback and help people get started with the new platform.
